Yes, customized logos and designs for mass production are available, but we need your authorization. We embroider high-Quality logos on suits/jackets’ chest pockets.

Yes, we normally have several colors optional for suits/jackets and this offer is available on mass production only. For minor orders, we use standard (White) color.

We accept Debit/Credit Cards, Money Gram, Western Union, and Payoneer Invoice Payments for minor sample orders. We accept large order payments through Wire Transfers or Bank-to-Bank. We act on complete 100% advance payment. As soon as we paid, we’ll start production of your order accordingly. Production time may take 14-30 days.

All your orders will be dispatched to you by DHL/FedEx/Pakistan Post Courier Service. All customers will receive products very safely. A courier representative will deliver your products to your doorstep. We can also deliver the big order quantity goods via Air Shipping/By Sea with a very reasonable Freight Rate. Clients can also arrange their own shipping & pick-up from the plant.

We are a direct manufacturer & strictly monitor & review all shipments before final dispatch. Mostly, our clients never face such kinds of cases. We prefer quality & all of our Bee Protective Clothing & tools are always inspected carefully before dispatch.

In case some kind of problem happened, please report to us within 7/10 business days after delivery. Contact us in the following email at [email protected] & explain to us with deep facts & also include defective pcs pictures in the attachment.

Any claim for the wrong shipment, defective or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within 7/10 business days of receipt of goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your order/items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The product must be returned in the original sealed package to be accepted for replacement or credit.
  • Credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.

In the following cases, a return/refund is not possible:

  • Once the item has been used it is not returnable.
  • Packing Sealed open
  • Change of mind is not applicable

Special Note for the customer:

  • Shipping fees will not be credited.
  • Return shipping, insurance, and handling are the responsibility of the client.

Refunds/Review

Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
